Project Manager – Business Change

Project Manager with excellent skills leading the end: end delivery of business change projects required by a leading Financial Services organisation, on a permanent basis.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days / week on site in their Swindon HQ offering a basic salary of between £50,000 – 60,000 + 10% bonus + excellent benefits.

You will be responsible for leading large, complex strategic change initiatives, ensuring customer centric end: end thinking across all business areas – from the development of robust solutions through to monitoring success when implementations go live.

This is an excellent opportunity for an innovative and customer-centric Project Manager to shape and lead new ways of working across the organisation.

You will lead business change initiatives from identification of a business problem through to root cause analysis, then leading the delivery of change in an Agile environment. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels is essential.
