Process Manager with Loans experience urgently required for a market-leading company based in Nottingham.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their loans operations – working closely with servicing, product, and strategy teams to design and manage end: end processes that are not only efficient but customer-focused, scalable, and compliant.

You will design and own end: end loan processes that deliver strong customer outcomes, identifying, assessing, and managing process risks – with the right controls and mitigations.

Working closely with product, engineering, and servicing teams, you will drive continuous improvement (using Lean Six Sigma methodologies), lead root cause analysis and problem-solving for breakdowns and inefficiencies, whilst monitoring and share performance insights.

Applicants must have the following:

• Excellent experience in Process Management
• Proven skills in design and ownership of end: end loan processes
• Lean Six Sigma certified
• Strong process design and continuous improvement skills
• Proven track record in identifying risks and implementing control frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills with a customer-first mindset

This is a permanent role offering a basic salary of between £50,000 + 56,000 + excellent benefits. The role operates on a hybrid basis with 3 days/ week on site, the rest from home.
