Process Improvement Consultant

Process Improvement Consultant required on a permanent basis by my client, a leading Investment Management organisation based in London, on a hybrid basis. The role will be operating at Lean Six Sigma Black Belt level.

Joining a newly established team, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives across the business, identifying opportunities for improvement, working closely with stakeholders at varying levels to shape and drive improvement projects.

To be considered for this position applicants must have the following experience:

  • Demonstrable track record of delivering complex Lean initiatives and / or Six Sigma projects to Black Belt level
  • Strong business process modelling skills
  • Excellent coaching & mentoring skills
  • Exemplary stakeholder management & influencing skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Financial Services experience

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Process Improvement specialist with excellent process modelling skills to join a successful, and progressive organisation, driving operational excellence initiatives across the business.

You will be pragmatic in your approach, utilising your suite of process improvement tools (Lean Six Sigma, process modelling etc) to create and embed a culture of continuous improvement, coaching and mentoring colleagues across the business.

This is a permanent role based flexibly from my client’s London HQ (~ 3 days / week on site) offering a salary of between £70,000 – £90,000 (dependent on experience) + an excellent benefits package.
