Process Improvement Specialist urgently required by a market-leading Insurance organisation on a permanent basis.
This is a hybrid role, with 1 day / week required on site in either their Watford / West London office.
The organisation has received significant investment and have entered a period of strategic growth. To support this augmentation, the Process Improvement specialist will be responsible for the design & redesign of end: end processes and customer journeys, enhancing customer experience and increasing efficiency.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following experience:
- Lean Six Sigma certified (Green Belt minimum)
- Strong skills in customer journey & end: end process design & redesign (‘as is’, ‘to be’)
- Excellent analytical skills (inc. Root cause analysis)
- Customer – centric
- Results / delivery focused
- Exemplary stakeholder management & influencing skills
- Insurance exposure

It must be stressed that only proven Process Improvement specialists certified to minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt level, with Insurance exposure will be considered for this opportunity.
This is a permanent role, with 1 day / week on site in either Watford / West London offering a salary of between £70,000 – 80,000 + excellent benefits package.
